History
Hi, my name is David.I have been in the commercial kitchen industry for 26 years, starting with
John Stephens Catering Equipment and then with Hospitality Design.I am a fairly quiet person, so despite my time in the industry, you may not know me.However, I love to draw and enjoy the challenges of the design process.Most of all, I like to use my skills to help people with their projects..
Who are our customers?
We work with other design professionals such as Architects.On larger projects, we are engaged by Project Managers as part of their team.We are involved with Builders as part of their design & construct projects.We also assist Kitchen Owners & Operators with their design needs.

Our projects are mostly located within Australia with the majority being in Victoria.

Our Documentation is divided into the following phases:
Phase 1 - DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Preliminary design work including any site visits, meetings & design changes required to reach sign-off.
Phase 1A - 3D (Sketch) Views
3D schematic (internal) views of kitchen, bar & servery area.

Phase 2 - CONTRACT DOCUMENTATION
Itemised plan & elevations.
Trade literature package.
Equipment loading schedule.
Budget estimate.
Tender Specification.
Phase 2A - SERVICES DRAWINGS
Exhaust canopy setout, connection & air quantities.
Drainage setout & slab setdowns (if required).
Wall setout drawing.
Electrical, Water & Gas setout drawings.
Phase 3 - CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION
Tender Review & Evaluation Report.
Tender review meetings.
Workshop drawing review, report & sign-off.
Phase 4 - DEFECTS LIABILITY
